Not to be slept on (unless you have to go to work like me)

Fat Beats and Scratch Academy are bringing you vinyl appreciation tonite with some stellar guests. It's free and the knowledge is priceless. In other news a not free but even as impressive event is Charlie Rose actually leaving the comfort of Manhattan to appear at the Brooklyn Museum alongside no other than Jay-Z to talk about his new book "Decoded".

FCNY b/w Salvation Army

Living downtown makes it so easy for me to have access to what I love. Flight Club just opened this massive spot on Broadway bet 11th and 12th. Though I only ever bought one pair of kicks from there I do sell occasionally. I find most collectible kicks and the stores that sell them boring. But I'm also kinda hatin' cuz they are killing it! I couldn't stop myself from buying some records at the Salvation Army nearby, though I'm dying to get rid of most of mine.
Ludacris - "Area Codes" 12"
Rhymefest - "Dynomite" 12"
Ja Rule - "Wonderful" 12"
Trey Songz - "You Can Get It" 12" Only bought this because it was inside a Fat Beats Promo Jacket! RIP!
all .99 cents a piece!
