FCNY b/w Salvation Army

Living downtown makes it so easy for me to have access to what I love. Flight Club just opened this massive spot on Broadway bet 11th and 12th. Though I only ever bought one pair of kicks from there I do sell occasionally. I find most collectible kicks and the stores that sell them boring. But I'm also kinda hatin' cuz they are killing it! I couldn't stop myself from buying some records at the Salvation Army nearby, though I'm dying to get rid of most of mine.
Ludacris - "Area Codes" 12"
Rhymefest - "Dynomite" 12"
Ja Rule - "Wonderful" 12"
Trey Songz - "You Can Get It" 12" Only bought this because it was inside a Fat Beats Promo Jacket! RIP!
all .99 cents a piece!

Sweet Freedom!

Remember seeing this movie "Running Scared" back in the 80's and bought this 12" years ago but never had the courage to play it. I put it up for sale on Discogs.com and Eli Escobar ordered it. He lives blocks away but I shipped it anyway and then I check out his blog and here's a pic from a party this summer. I think I'll download the mp3 and reconsider.
Update! Just put on Espn Radio and Billy Crystal is on and he mentions this movie!

Chelsea Gallery Crawl 9/15

Projecting light through that garbled mess of metal exposes two Banksy-esque rodents getting it on. Now that serato is so popular old vinyl is in the galleries: The Wiz OST and Max's Kansas City 7". Love that they list chickpeas next to the steak and lobster and the filet mignon was $10.95 what a deal!
